ovu pogaču imam već duže vreme i jako volim da je spremam. Jedina izmena
je što ja koristim duplo manje maslaca nego u originalu, nama je tako
ukusnija...

Ingredients:
- oko 30gr svežeg kvasca
- 350ml toplog mleka
- 1 kašičica šećera
- 200ml jogurta
- 3 kašike ulja
- 1 kašika soli
- 3 jaja ( 1 žumance ostavite za premazivanje)
- oko 1kg brašna
- 200gr maslaca (ja koristim oko 100gr)
Priprema:
U toplom mleku sa šećerom razmutiti kvasac i ostaviti da zapeni.
Umutiti jogurt, jaja, so, ulje, narasli kvasac i sa brašnom zamesiti testo. Pokriti ga i ostaviti da naraste.
Na
pobrašnjenoj površini razvući testo u veliki pravougaonik. Na polovini
testa namazati (narendati) polovinu maslaca, pokriti drugom polovinom
testa i ponovo razvući u pravougaonik. Premazati polovinu testa ostatkom
maslaca, preklopiti i ponovo razvući u pravougaonik. Iseći testo na
trake. Svaku traku uvijte i ređati u podmazan pleh kao gibanicu.
Premazati žumancetom, posuti susamom i ostaviti da naraste dok vam se ne
ugreje rerna. Peći na 220C da lepo porumeni.

Ingredients:
- about 30gr fresh yeast
- 350ml warm milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200ml yogurt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 eggs (one egg yolk for brushing the bread)
- about 1 kg flour
- 200gr butter (I used 100gr)
Directions:
In a warm milk with sugar dissolve the yeast and let stand until foamy.
Mix the yogurt, eggs, oil, salt, yeast mixture and with flour knead the dough. Cover and let it rise until doubled in size.
On a floured
surface roll the dough in a big rectangle. Spread or grate half of the
butter on one part of the dough, cover with another part of dough and
roll again. Spread the rest of the butter on one half and cover with
another half of the dough. Roll it again and cut the dough in stripes.
Twist each stripe and arrange it in a grease pan. Brush with egg yolk
and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let the bread rise until your oven is
hot. Bake it at 220C until nicely golden brown.
